So, what will the role of Financial Analyst (Retail) entail?

Reporting to the Analytical Reporting Accountant, as the Financial Analyst (Retail) you’ll play an important role in analysing, setting up, embedding and managing the company’s central process for retail sales targets. You’ll be responsible for capturing retail budgets and compiling data in order to categorise stores’ sales targets and ensuring systems are accurate, budgets are agreed and deadlines are met.

What will I need to be considered for this Financial Analyst (Retail) vacancy?

• Proven experience within a fast paced finance environment
• Previous experience managing sales targets, setting budgets and reporting on financial data
• Ability to analyse and interrogate large volumes of financial data
• Commercial mind-set
• Superb communication skills with the ability to build great working relationships
• High level of IT skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Full UK driving licence as there will be some UK travel to support the role

What will I receive in return?

Salary: £21,000 to £25,000 level dependent on experience

Enhanced Benefits: 10% on target bonus, Boots discount card, pension scheme, life assurance cover after completion of probationary period, childcare voucher scheme, long service awards, and annual leave entitlement starting at 20 days plus bank holidays rising with length of service increments to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays.

Hours of Work: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: You can choose to be based within the Boots Hearingcare offices in either Nottingham or Llandudno, North Wales.
