Venn Group are urgently seeking an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager with Property experience. The role is based in Doncaster due to begin with immediate effect and the salary is circa GBP23,000 on a pro rata'd basis for 25-30 hours per week.
The duties for this position would include:
- Reconciliation of client bank statements
- Processing and coding of sales and purchase invoices
- Accurate data entry onto the PropMan system ensuring appropriate authorisation of invoices
- Processing bank receipts and payments
- VAT returns
- Monthly and quarterly reporting as well as transaction analysis for specified client portfolios
