The Work Shop is pleased to be working with a well known, fast growing business in Ringwood who are currently recruiting for German speaking customer service advisors to work in an exciting and dynamic team.
The Role
Working on behalf of the German Lottery you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries regarding their account.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
• Responding to client emails
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Applicants must be fluent in German and English.
Hours - 40 Hours per week. Rota between 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday.
Location - Ringwood, Hampshire
Salary - GBP19,000
