Site Manager - Reactive Maintenance/Social Housing

The Business:
An exciting opportunity has risen for a Site Manager to work for a social housing contractor operating across the South West to preside over a team of maintenance operatives on Reactive Maintenance Schemes.
You will support the business in delivering high standards of work and service in a fast paced maintenance environment, which will include voids and lived-in properties.
Your duties as a Site Manager will include:
* Managing labour teams (including semi-skilled and skilled trades such as joiners, plumbers etc.) and delivering quick turnaround work streams
* Ensure safe operations on site in conjunction with the Health & Safety policy
* Keep sites to schedule and to cost
* Liaise with clients, end users and subcontractors as appropriate
Your skills and experience required:
You'll need to hold an SMSTS, along with First Aid, and demonstrate experience of managing teams of trades staff and labourers (either as s supervisor or assistant site manager)
