An exciting opportunity to join a Derby based client as a Customer Account Controller- reporting to the Sales Manager.
The successful candidate must have the desire to progress into a senior management role and must want to be trained and develop. You must be flexible in your approach to work and remain professional at all times.
Duties include -
Dealing with customers' accounts
Building relationships with key clients
Participate in marketing activities to maximise sales.
Calling buyers, chasing business (which is often repeat business)
Must be happy working towards targets and hitting SLA's and ensure all sales are processed.
The position is based on a 40 hour working week - Mon-Fri 8.30-17.30
Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00-12.00.
You will also be required to work bank holidays with time off in lieu.
