Home Care Coordinator/ Liaison Officer. From £17,000 p/a
To arrange home care packages including producing care plans, risk assessments and client service reviews. This role would suit an individual that has previous experience within the care setting as a Senior Carer/Team Leader and has experience in elderly care.
