We are seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated customer focused Enquiry Advisors to join our new team which is based at Springfield Hospital.  You will be responsible for handling enquiries from potential private patients regarding services at our hospitals across the country.  Advisors will be responsible for securing self-pay outpatient appointments by following sound processes, providing accurate information and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will have excellent communication skills and computer and keyboard competencies are essential. Preferably with proven experience of call handling with the administrative skills to organise and prioritise your own workload.  As full training will be provided your passion to deliver excellent service to our patients is the most important factor.  Attention to detail and team working is an important part of this role.
