This post represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a team of staff in Keele University's Institute for Science & Technology in Medicine (ISTM), at the University Hartshill Campus, based on the Royal Stoke Hospital Site, Guy Hilton Research Centre Building.
You will provide a confidential and comprehensive executive service to the Institute Director, together with supporting the academic theme leads with administrative support. You will also be responsible for producing the ISTM Translate magazine and Institute annual report, including overseeing the editing and design requirements in collaboration with our Marketing and Communications Directorate.
Another key part of the role is to manage and update the ISTM webpages and update the profile pages for all the academic members, ensuring the information is relevant and kept up-to-date.
You will be educated to A Level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have experience of working in an executive administration role.
