The Role

Robert Half is currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to our rapidly expanding Nottingham office working on either the temporary or permanent Finance & Accounting division for the Nottingham and Derby markets.You will be responsible for growing your desk to achieve monthly KPI's and annual billings targets. You will be involved in every aspect of the recruitment processing from meeting and recruiting your own candidates, business development of client including client visits as well as accounting managing existing clients. This is a busy, exciting role which is demanding and rewarding in equal measure. The opportunity is massive for both earning potential and career development although consistent hard work will be required to achieve these.

You will be supported by at-desk training as well as a corporate programme of training and development both in your first 6 months and beyond. For this particular role a background in recruitment is essential as is a proven track record. An enthusiastic approach along with strong communication skills are essential. Access to your car and a driving license is essential too.You will need to be tenacious, determined and driven to bounce back from rejection, seek out opportunities and be focused on the end goal. You will need to be a team player and work alongside your colleagues to cross-sell multiple lines of business and work collaboratively for the best outcome for our clients and candidates.

Salary & Benefits

This role is paying c. GBP25,000-35,000 per annum plus car allowance, bonus and an extensive well-being corporate package.
