The Company
Our client company are members of SIIAP (Services Insurance and Investment Advisory Panel) providing specialist insurance and financial advice to members of the HM forces. Due to their specialism in the military market, they have a unique opportunity to present seminar briefings to substantial numbers of service personnel within an hour of your home location.
Clients and business opportunities
Typically, an Adviser will see in excess of 20 potential clients per week. The appointments are generated through seminar type presentations, not purchased from the internet or from telemarketing companies. Through their access to kit insurance rates that can be 60% - 70% cheaper than standard, this offers an excellent introduction to doing further business.
Training and Development
They are looking to expand their number of Advisers for the vacancy locations below. The course will provide you with excellent skills and knowledge to be confident in your role with ongoing support from a highly successful team.
Support
They have a great team of 7 office support staff supporting their current team of 12 Advisers. Free compliance support and free Professional Indemnity cover.
Requirements to be considered
This is an excellent opportunity for an Adviser keen to specialise in Protection Advice and be provided with all the leads, administration support and access to exclusive mortgage and protection products. You should be providing protection advice currently and have R01 & R05 (or equivalent). Furthermore, you should have proven ability in closing business.
Candidates should live within 1 hour travelling distance of each location.

Employed: Basic salary of GBP24k to GBP30k , dependent on experience plus bonuses with realistic OTE of GBP40k to GBP50k+, mileage reimbursement from home, 25 days Holiday
Self Employed. Competitive Commission structure with OTE of GBP60,000 - GBP80,000+; 50% of their team are earning in excess of GBP100,000 pa
Income guarantee for self employed, available for the first 3 months
This is a field based Adviser position, working from home with use of facilities on camp

Minimum RO1 & 5 or equivalent qualification
