ACCOUNT MANAGER
An excellent career progressing opportunity has arisen to join an award winning independent organisation based out of Leicester as one of their Account Managers to join the highly experienced team. The role is a highly varied and rewarding role working within a team of Account Managers with incoming queries from customers and suppliers. The role is also designed so the individual can take full opportunity of and areas to increase sales with existing customers.
THE PACKAGE
* GBP25,000 + bonus
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays
DUTIES INCLUDE
* First point of contact for customer queries
* Generating sales for a portfolio of accounts to reach the company's sales target
* Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and cross selling and up selling whenever possible
* Manage and solve customer requests and issues
* Work within set SLA's
* Establish budgets with the client and company
* Meet time deadlines for accounts
THE CANDIDATE
* High attention to detail
* Extremely well organised and able to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
* Experienced in customer service across senior contacts
* Sales experience particularly in up-selling and cross-selling
* The role involves high levels of administration so experience in this is also essential
