Account Manager - Norwich - Permanent - GBP20-23k +bonus
Due to successful growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join this busy trade company based near Norwich Airport, expanding their team further. The role will be incredibly varied, interesting yet demanding and require excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
The duties of the Account Manager will include (but not be limited to);
- Business develop by calling existing trade customers and nurture the relationship to encourage further orders
- Follow up on quotes given and secure the order
- Log calls and diarise to follow up in an efficient manner
- Work closely with the Sales Manager on maximising opportunities with existing business customers
- Assist with the order processing department - Processing customer orders - inputting specific details in an accurate and timely manner ready to be sent through to manufacturing
The skills/experience required of the Account Manager will include;
- Previous experience of working in an account management / business development role
- Excellent interpersonal, rapport building skills
- Ability to recognise and maximise on opportunities wherever possible
- Convey a pro active, enthusiastic, self motivated approach
- Good IT skills with accurate and timely inputting skills
- Able to learn quickly and have accurate data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience within the home improvements, trade sector would be a distinct advantage but not essential
MUST have use of own vehicle to/from work due to location
Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri 1 hr for lunch
Salary: GBP20-23k + plus bonus (approx GBP3-5k)
