Each of our Mortgage and Protection Advisers hold an essential role in being the 'face' of Just Mortgages. We are now looking for an experienced and talented Adviser or Senior Adviser in Chelmsford to complete a busy and successful office.

About your Role
Just Mortgages' success is impressive and far-reaching, offering a high quality mortgage and protection service to our customers whether they are looking for residential, buy-to-let, new homes or re-mortgaging advice.
Your duties will include:
-Identify our customer's financial needs and advise them with the products that would best suit their requirements.
-Ensure our customers understand the products and services.
-Complete customer interviews by appointment and on demand and make sales that meet our customers needs.
-Look for opportunities to attract new customers.
-Prepare for future appointments, gathering appropriate information from colleagues generating referrals.
-Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is up to date at all times.
-Working towards sales targets and always know how you are performing against these.
In return for your hard work, we are offering:
-First Year's Earnings GBP60k OTE - (top earners achieving GBP150K per annum).

About You
Can you demonstrate a passion for the Mortgage and Protection industry? If you do, and you also hold the following skills, we want to hear from you:
-Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser within an Estate Agency is desirable, but not essential
-CeMap or other industry recognised qualification
-Willingness to learn new skills
-Excellent, empathetic communicator with a real flair for getting into the detail of things
-Ability to demonstrate excellence in your field
-Proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment
-Excellent customer service
-Proven customer relationship management experience
-Self motivation to seek out new opportunities
-Previous use of mortgage-specific software
-Attention to detail
-Motivated
-Full driving licence
