Our Client one of the UK's Top 100 employers is looking to appoint and experienced Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Assistant. Based within easy access of the M60 and with onsite car parking our Client offers an excellent work environment and security in the workplace.
Our Client has impressive plans for growth and is now looking to appoint within the Purchase Ledger function. The will cover;
- making Payments to Suppliers
- working with Foreign Currencies and Sterling Payments - you will need to be able to calculate Daily Exchange Rates
- daily Match and Reconcile online Accounts and Statements
- extensive Query Management and Resolution - working to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- work across a range of associated Complex Reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role you will need;
- previous Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent time management and the ability to plan and manage your own workload
- strong written and verbal communication skills
