Our Sales roles in B&PS cover two areas:

Sales operations - you'll be talking to our business customers over the phone, providing them with quotes, processing orders and making sure we deliver on time. You'll be great at talking to people and working as part of a team, able to work to tight deadlines and keen to learn about our systems and processes.

Desk-based sales - you'll talking to our business customers over the phone to understand which of BT's products are most suitable for their business needs. You'll be desk-based and given full training on how we talk to our customers and the systems we use to resolve customer issues. You'll be great at talking to people and thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Entry requirements

For our advanced programmes you will need to have achieved or are predicted 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language and Maths

Equivalent grades are accepted.

Warrington, London (for sales operations roles only)
