Stealthwatch Integration Services Consultant

What You'll Do

The Integration Services Consultant is a key member of the Stealthwatch Customer Success team and the successful candidate will be supporting the Stealthwatch Customer Success motion across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. The responsibilities are as follows:

• Deliver a full range of implementation and post-sales services to Stealthwatch customers.

• Design, develop and implement custom Stealthwatch integrations.

• Assist Services Delivery Consultants with large / complex solution design, implementation and support.

• Assist with pre-release and Beta product testing.

• Assist the wider Customer Success team as required across all theatres.

Who You'll Work With

The Services team is part of the Stealthwatch Customer Success organisation. You will be joining a small, closely knit team that delivers services across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia so some overseas travel is very likely.

The team works alongside the Technical Support and Customer Success teams based in UK, USA, UAE, India and Australia, and the successful candidate will be part of a truly international organisation (In addition to English we speak Spanish, Italian, Urdu, Dutch, Hindi, Arabic, Bangali and German).

Who You Are

Idealy you will already be delivering services for security solutions and you are likely to be a CCIE for Security or be a CISSP (or be working towards either certification). You will also have experience of Python, Javascript and Ubuntu.

The following additional skills will also be of use:

• English speaking ideally with a second European language (spoken and written).

• Report writing skills.

• Experience of delivering several projects in parallel.

• Strong network security background (ASA / ISE / IOS / Nexus / Catalyst skills useful).

• Strong customer advocacy skills.

• Ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
