Are you experienced in the hospitality world? Been part of the recruitment process in your restaurant/ hotel/ bar etc.? Do you want to build and rule your very own empire? If your answers are yes, you are exactly who we've been looking for!

Due to a recent internal career move (well done Jess!), we need a passionate and independent recruiter to join our Talent Placement team in Birmingham! I know what you're thinking, what does Talent Placement mean? Exactly what it says on the tin! You'll be placing talented individuals within an amazing organisation within hospitality on a permanent basis

You'll report into the amazing Abbie, who is between Birmingham and London regularly. You'll receive support from her the old-fashioned way (i.e. at your desk) and the modern hi-tech way (Skype/ email/ phone). We also have a lively bunch in our Brum office, headed up by our director Katie who will also be there to lend a helping hand

We're big believers in autonomy, and we want you to achieve your goals your way. We don't expect a minimum amount of calls or meetings per day, and we certainly don't expect for you to feel confined to Birmingham only! We want you to think of your role as your own mini-business, which you are CEO. Whether it's Birmingham, Belfast, or Bristol - opportunities are yours for the taking!

We don't mind what your method is, as long as you're smashing your sales targets - and as long as it's within reason! We work from 9pm - 6pm Monday to Friday (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break), but if your clients start later and finish later, you are more than welcome to follow suit. After all, you will need to suit their needs!

You'll fill your day with:

* Proactivity all round - from sourcing your own candidate pool, to finding new opportunities to add to your pipeline
* Meeting your candidates and clients - a little facetime goes a long way!
* Researching industry trends and news - knowledge is key!
* Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients (we've been around for a long while, warm leads are a given!)
* Playing matchmaker and finding the perfect people their perfect job!

You're perfect for this role because:

* You have impeccable sales skills (which have come in very handy in your past roles within hospitality)
* Your communication and overall people skills are beyond measure
* You're an expert, and will probably be billing within month 2!
* You're autonomous - you love taking control of your own work
* You're results driven (and trust me, your results will be rewarded!)
* You never put all your eggs in one basket - your pipeline is precious, the longer the better!
