An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a successful National, New Build Social Housing contractor on an Extra Care Scheme and Retirement Living.

* Sub-contractors tendering
* Sub -contractors payment
* Cost plans
* Valuations
* Variations
* Cost reporting
* General main contracting QS duties including, procurement, CVR's, subcontract payment, valuations, variations, final account.
