F&B Supervisor - 4* site!
Our client is one of the largest leisure and business destinations within the UK, and are a fantastic employer to work for with an 'outstanding` rating under the scheme for employee engagement.
Location: Bedfordshire - commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Luton and surrounding areas
Salary: GBP18,200 per annum
Hours: 40 per week
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will make it a priority that guests and clients have an excellent customer experience, and are impressed by the warm and friendly service provided. You`ll take accountability of the F&B service for the restaurant and bar, and also take responsibility for banquets, weddings, celebrations and Christmas parties.
You`ll be required to regularly monitor food hygiene ensuring that the standard achieved is in line with company standards, and will hold daily briefings covering the menu, specials, in house guest members and current promotions.
To be successful in this role you will have prior Supervisory experience within a restaurant / hotel environment and will be able to demonstrate an excellent level of customer care. You must be able to handle / serve all types of food and ideally have a good knowledge of wines.
