Atlantic Dry Cleaners are Southampton's premier dry cleaners, established for 60 years. We operate a collection service for local businesses and hotels, and nationwide for the cleaning and boxing of wedding dresses.
Office Administrator The role???..
- Day to day managing of a small office, taking incoming phone enquiries and sales orders
- Liaising with branch staff regarding orders and personnel enquiries
- Handling of varied paperwork associating with routine office function
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Preparing banking
- Accounting (Sage) - processing invoices through to payment and end of month accounting
- Payroll - preparing time sheets and entering data to enable wage processing
Office Administrator Key Skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience in varied office tasks including Accounting, Payroll and taking sales orders
- Sage Accounts or similar, payroll
- Highly organised with first rate 'people skills'
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm (4.30pm Friday)
