Our client a well-known luxury hotel in Chesterfield with a 2 rosette Restaurant has a requirement for Sous Chef to join their award winning team. This hotels events facilities host up to 200 for a banquet and are very busy with weddings, charity balls and regular celebratory events throughout the calendar year.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a fast paced environment that is wholly focused on quality. You will be the head chef's right hand man and running the kitchen in the head chefs absence. The head chef is an extremely keen developer of his highly skilled team.
Our client is looking for an ambitious, experienced and creative Sous Chef who is ideally looking for a home to hone their skills before taking on their own kitchen as Head Chef. You will work with a forward thinking head chef who is progressive, creative and very experienced to engaging, motivating and developing the whole kitchen.
