An excellent opportunity is available for a dynamic administrator to join a Leeds city centre recruitment firm. The role is varied and will suit a candidate with a flexible approach to work.

Supporting a number of consultants on a daily basis you responsibilities will include:
* Receive, scan and direct incoming calls efficiently and politely
* Formatting a number of documents to meet company standards, including reports, letters and proposals
* Maintaining and updating internal databases
* Printing and binding documentation
* Preparing packs and other paperwork
* Covering reception as required
* Assisting different teams as required
* Setting up meeting rooms, preparing refreshments
* Efficient mail sorting and sending
* Collating departmental requests on a weekly basis

Skills and attributes:
* Strong with Microsoft packages
* Confident communicator at all levels
* Excellent organiser
* Smart and presentable

The role is working 40 hours per week on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
All candidates will be tested on their data entry, grammar and spelling, Microsoft Office and typing speed.
