The Role
The role is a full 360 position and you will be fully involved in the hiring process from start to finish, you will be giving all the tools you need to successfully make a placement and additional training and support if you need it. We have an extensive database of both clients and candidates that you can use at any time to supplement your candidate and business sourcing. We would like the potential candidate to be French or German speaking, this is not a requirement but it would be extremely beneficial as we work with many international packaging businesses across Europe.
The Packaging Department
We are currently looking for an experienced Packaging Consultant to join our well-established Packaging division. By establishing sector expertise within the packaging field we have developed loyal customer relationships and as such have become recruitment partners with industry leaders such as; Bemis, Nampak, DS Smith, Essentra, Americk and Elopak to name a distinct few.
We operate across a senior managerial and C-suite assignments across multiple disciplines & substrates within the packaging sector. Substrates would include; rigid plastics, corrugated board, film, flexible packaging, labels, metal, glass, polymers & additives and carton-board. We are a multi-discipline, research-based recruitment partner and have a strong track record of delivery across; sales & marketing, technical, operations, HR, finance, supply-chain and design whilst also offering bespoke solutions for recruitment projects and board-level hires.
Our main source of business is retained but we also work on an exclusive and contingent basis too. Due to our key account relationships the majority of our business is either referred or repeated and as such as a new consultant joining the business you will benefit from our extensive network within the industry.
Recruitment Consultant Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generating new business relationships
• Matching Candidate skills and job requirements
• Sourcing and successfully placing candidates
• Networking/business development
• Project management of assignments
• Creative writing to attract talent
• Ensuring profitability of your desk
• Site visits (Including overseas)
• German (Preferred) or French speaking, not required but desirable
