Operations Manager required for a fast growing supplier to the construction industry.
This is an exciting new role for a driven and successful individual to become a senior executive member of the business and to grow their own department.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience running the operations of a recycling, aggregate or concrete plant. You will have considerable experience of man management and be hands on in your style to drive the team forward.
Your role will be to manage the day to day operations of the aggregate and recycling side of the business. This is a new role to accommodate growing business plans and you will be a key member of the senior management team. You will be responsible for profitability of this part of the business and have budget responsibility. You will get involved with health and safety and manage plant maintenance.
The company are one of the biggest suppliers to the construction industry in the South West and are now expanding further. They have recently opened a new site in the South due to continued success in their industry.
