Maintenance Manager - Contract - Redditch - Days

This is an immediate start opportunity for an experienced maintenance manager working for a tiered automotive supplier in Redditch; you'll be managing a small team of engineers in a high volume JIT environment.

We are looking for the following for this maintenance manager position:

- Experienced in a high volume manufacturing environment (preferably automotive)
- Able to propose PM changes/alterations to increase OEE/decrease downtime and introduce ideas where required
- An electrical background to include hands on electrical maintenance experience
- Qualifications and education in electrical disciplines
- Able to manage a team of multi-skilled engineers

This maintenance manager role is an immediate start working for a global organisation who can offer the following:

- Day hours
- 6 month initial contract
