Estimator - Cheshire - Permanent
Our client
Our client is a well-established Construction company, with a strong professional reputation for delivering projects in the commercial and construction sector. They are seeking an experienced Estimator to strengthen their team, on a permanent basis.
The role
You will be working as part of an established commercial team, on a range of building contracts, both refurbishment and new build, with a typical value range, from GBP500k-GBP2m.
You are required to take tenders from the initial receipt, through take offs, enquiries, evaluation of quotes, build up of rates and materials costs for work to be done by approved sub contractors. Reporting cost and final settlement with the directors of the business.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience across a range of projects, from new build to refurbishment.
Occasional travel is involved, within the North West.
