Urban Planner/Designer
Wells-Brooks Associates are seeking an Urban Planner/Designer to sketch site layouts from 1- 250 houses for a fast paced private practice in High Wycombe.
Our client is recognised by both CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) and the ARB (Architects Registration Board), they have extensive industry knowledge and a broad range of contacts, which guarantees that any project can be undertaken and completed with consummate ease and professionalism. They take a meticulous and methodical approach to each project, and have a proven track record in being able to provide detailed designs that match and even surpass the expectations of their clients.
The company offers a full Design & Build service so you will have the opportunity to see projects through from inception to completion and is currently producing 20-30 projects per month and this will rise to 50 projects per month within the next 3 months which creates a very exciting opportunity for a highly driven candidate.

The company has recently opened a land and development arm of the business which is expanding rapidly and there will be some very exciting new build projects coming through very soon and as these are in house project there will be opportunity to work outside the remit of strict client briefs
Essential Experience
You must be a qualified Urban Planner/Designer
You must have a minimum of 3 years UK experience in a similar role
