Butler Rose has been retained by a prestigious professional services organisation to recruit their next Head of Business Development.
The opportunity offers a fantastic work / life balance being home based & will suit an individual who is operating at Senior BD Manager (with line management responsibility), but preferably at 'head of' or Director of BD within a recognised Firm.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that relationships and business development opportunities in UK practice, Commerce & industry and the public sector are effectively managed; developed and maintained, ensuring excellent client satisfaction, in order to grow the institutes market share
You will manage a medium sized team circa 13 people (3 direct reports) and assist the Director in developing and delivering business strategy for the business development team.
Our client wants an innovative thinker who has the capability to bridge the gap between the team and the Director, plus the ability to drive the team to think strategically.
This is an excellent opportunity with an attractive package of GBP75,000 basic + GBP4,200 car allowance, up to 20% bonus, Pension, Private Medical (whole family cover)
