Dutch- Speaking Customer Service Manager needed for an Oil & Gas organisation in Reading. GBP17 - 19 per hour
Your new company
This global Oil and Gas organisation is currently seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager for a 3 month contract near Reading.
Your new role
This is a very varied role, which will require an experienced individual to complete it to requirement. You will be expected to ensure that customer orders are compliant with the brand offer, and keeping the customer informed on delivery progress. You will advise and assist customers in completing their orders, and make sure they understand the complexities of shipping them. You will be responsible for maintaining overall customer relationships and the retention of business, managing the relationships between the supplier, customer and sales manager.
This is not a heavily phone-based role, but you will need to ensure that you are delivering fantastic customer service at all times and promptly acknowledge all orders from customers.
You must be a fluent Dutch-speaker to apply for this role, as you will be dealing with the Benelux region.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry will be highly advantageous, but they are also willing to train the successful candidate.
You must have a high-level of skill around Customer Relationship Management, Complaint Handling, and be a highly professional and competent member of staff.
Due to the location of this role, a driving license is essential.
