Associate Director, Infrastructure - Norwich
GBP55,000-GBP60,000 plus car & benefits
Our client is an established and successful consultancy based in the East of England who have a forward thinking approach to their innovative design. They are looking to make a strategic appointment in their Norwich office by taking on an associate director who will develop and expand their infrastructure expertise. You will have experience in a role at a similar level, being currently responsible for managing a team and assisting with their training and career development. Whilst resource and management will play a major part in your day to day work, you will also be a capable and hands-on technical engineer who has extensive knowledge of PDS and Windes, as well as AutoCAD. Good all round highways and drainage design is required and a thorough and efficient knowledge of DMRB and sewers for adoption. Your remit will include several challenging but exciting projects at any one time, for which you will use your initiative and proactive approach to delivering within demanding deadlines
