Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 DOE
Hours of work - 9.00am - 12.30pm Monday to Friday (non-negotiable)
To be successful in this role you will need;
* Educated to at least degree level
* Excellent analytical and data handling skills, specifically within Excel
* Excellent software administration skills
* Analytical skills as an aide to maintaining quality
* Natural communicator, both verbally and written
* Proven ability to work as part of a busy team to achieve client deadlines
Key position responsibilities will be;
* To maintain professional liaison of all data processing.
* Professional handling of all customer/client telephone enquiries making sure all information is correctly obtained.
* To ensure accuracy and efficiency in the handling of data across all software systems
* To work to agreed deadlines.
* To provide accurate reporting to clients on a regular and ad-hoc basis in conjunction with the Client Services Analyst
* Accurate administration of all client systems in accordance with customer, client and company amendments and updates
* Ensure internal documentation and audit trails accuracy across all software systems
