An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join one of Europe’s leading, award-winning Cyber Security consultancies. This new role is a vital part of our rapidly expanding team. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Finance & Operations Director and assist in all operations, some service delivery, and customer satisfaction around the Globe.

Your next right move:
Reporting to Finance & Operations Director and assisting with day to day running of key aspects of organising, planning and implementing strategy, overseeing deadlines and ensuring work is effectively prioritised, quality assurance of documents, assisting in Statement of Works, cost analysis of projects, assisting in service delivery regarding pre-project planning, post-project service and providing hands-on help when needed. You will manage all Customer Satisfaction initiatives.

You will need to be an enthusiastic person who is self-sufficient, trustworthy and dependable as you will be an integral part of the team. You must be able to work to deadlines and complete tasks accurately and efficiently. You will be an outgoing, self-assured individual with common sense who is a team player. Extreme proficiency in grammar and syntax is a must. Experience in working in an IT environment is a bonus. Experience in working in smaller teams in a medium size organisation is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Agrees objectives in conjunction with the Finance & Operations Director and sets individual objectives
Ensures quality assurance on all client documentation, deadlines are monitored and achieved or exceeded
Assisting in scheduling Senior/General IT/GRC Consultants to ensure schedules and objectives are met
Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
Liaising with clients for scheduling and report delivery ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Assisting with the logistics of delivery providing efficient and cost effective logistical planning
Performing regular customer satisfaction duties
Working with Finance Department for project costings
Working with the sales team in document development
Comply with company procedures, policies and guidelines
Communicating with all departments and providing reports as and when required
Developing operational procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Key skills:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, or similar operational position
Must have experience in reviewing documentation/contracts to an excellent standard – correct Grammar is a must – you will be tested
Must have experience in dealing with consultants/engineers and scheduling consultant delivery days
Must have experience in supporting a sales team: documentation, Quality Assurance and project planning
Must have experience in dealing with business customers – B2B not business-to-consumer
Familiar with financial and customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of data analysis procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient user of MS Office
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, well organised
Interpersonal and communication skills
Good commercial awareness, builds and manages effective relationships
Problem-solving
Previous experience working for an IT Company will be an advantage.
Previous experience in working with a smaller, growing and dynamic fast-paced organisation.

The successful candidate will need to provide suitable references and will be required to have background clearance checks, employment will be subject to the results of this screening.
