Are you experienced working as a School Administrator? If so we you may be interested in registering with Custard Recruitment's Education team as we are currently looking for experienced School Administrators / SIMS Administrators for local roles.
We have permanent and ongoing temporary positions in local Primary and Secondary schools.
We are currently working with both primary and secondary schools in Oxford and Oxfordshire who have opportunities for Administrators with experience working either in school or using SIMS systems.
Working as a SIMS School Administrator you will combine your administration experience and SIMS knowledge to offer support to the school office.
You will be based in the heart of the school, within the school office and be able to work as an integral part of the administration team.
To be considered for these roles you will confidently ensure smooth running of the office, organise day to day administration activities, help with the planning and delivery of the school support services and adhere to the confidentiality required within such a role. You will also be happy to help with general school finance duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
• Working on the school's SIMS / FMS system
• Arrange meetings, taking minutes as appropriate
• Provide a full range of secretarial skills including typing, photocopying, filing and organisation of documents using a computer to cover work generated by the Head, authorised members of staff and Governors
• Manage the Head teacher's diary.
• Responsible for ensuring the recording of attendance data and reasons for absence of pupils & staff
• Compiling reports and marketing materials
