Trade Counter Sales Assistant

Are you a motivated, organised and driven individual? Do you have a customer service background with the ability to think on your feet?

Our client, an electrical wholesale company based in Bath, is looking for a Branch Assistant to join their busy and expanding team.

Responsibilities

*Dealing with all customer queries and complaints effectively
*Processing, preparing and assembling orders
*Creating quotes
*Liaising with the delivery team and suppliers
*Preparing drivers and delivery sheets - occasional driving
*Maintaining the shop floor

Individual

*Excellent customer service
*Basic electrical knowledge
*Strong communication skills
*Using initiative to solve issues
