The Recruitment & Employment Bureau are currently recruiting for an IPAF instructor for their well-established client.
Job role:
- Delivering training to a required standard (eg. IPAF,PASMA)
-Ensuring the health and safety of all delegates participating in training.
-Undertaking and ensuring that all relevant paperwork is filled out correctly and submitted in a timely fashion.
-Preparation of training areas (both indoors and outdoors) ready for deligates to arrive.
The Ideal candidate:
-IPAF operators licence
-PTLLS or equivalent training qualification
-IPAF instructor would be extremely advantageous.
-Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills
-Enthusiastic,organised,self motivated and good time management.
-Full drivers licence and own transport (car allowance included in package).
Benefits:
-23 days holidays per year rising to 25, plus statutory holidays.
-Inclusion in a monthly profit share scheme.
-An auto-enrolment pension scheme with employer contributions.
