Working for a well established organisation based in Slough. Previous customer service/account management experience is required for the role and preferably you will be educated to degree level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diary co-ordination
- Liaising with customers and keeping them informed
- Dealing with queries
- Liaising with Consultants
- Problem solving

- Excellent customer service skills and confident telephone manner

- Strong systems knowledge
