Sales Manager

Basic Salary £22500 & Uncapped Commission

The Company
This company is one of the largest debt collection companies in the UK & Ireland with offices located in Glasgow & Cheltenham.

The Position
Reporting to the National Operations Manager you will be offering a unique solution to overdue accounts at MD/Owner level. Working out of their Cheltenham Head Office you will be tasked initially with contacting prospects by phone in order to generate appointments which you will then attend at the prospects premises.

The Future
Having proved your suitability to the role and with the ongoing support of the National Operations Manager you will then proceed to form and be responsible for your own team inclusive of recruitment, training, HR related issues and motivation.

The Package
They offer an excellent basic of £22,500 + commission on personal & team sales.

The Training
Training on their sales presentation will be provided in addition to continuous one to one field development. Support is also provided on an ongoing basis based on your needs.

The Individual
The successful applicant will already be a seasoned professional and possess the following experience:

- Business to Business Sales (or at least 5 years Direct Sales)
- Lead generation and appointment setting by phone (essential to the success of this role)
- Excellent, presentable, communication skills both verbally and written
- Self-motivation
- Sales Team Management
