Accounts Assistant
Leicester LE19
£8 p/h

9 to 6pm Monday – Friday
Our client is the largest family owned leasing and fleet management provider in the UK.
They currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
Position Summary
As Accounts Assistant, you will be required to process Vehicle Movements Invoices on the purchase Ledger and then recharge them out as Sales Ledger Invoices. Your role will also involve:
• One off Purchase Invoices to be recharged out
• Credit Control (making approx. 5 calls a day and sending letters)
About you
• Must have excellent Excel skills and attention to detail is essential
• Experience in a commercial environment
• A good telephone manner
• Display initiative and able to work as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and able to learn quickly
• Effective time-management & prioritisation skills
Suitable skills/experience: Suitable skills/experience: Finance Assistant, Credit Controller, Bookkeeper, Accounts Administrator
