Following the external promotion of our current HR Assistant we are now seeking a committed motivated and hard working individual who is looking for a career in Human Resources at the Grimsby Institute Group.

The successful candidate will work mainly within our recruitment team ensuring that our processes run smoothly and accurately and they will also monitor our key performance data. Other opportunities for development within HR will also take place.

The role will be offered an initial apprenticeship. After successful completion, you will then be offered a 6 month development programme to ensure that you are fully conversant with all aspects of the job.

Once the programme is successfully completed you will then be offered a permanent role as HR Assistant at a current salary of £17,079.
