Trainee Maintenance Technician
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work at a location in Newport for a Food Production Client.
The working hours are 6am - 4pm Monday to Thursday.
The role starts on a temporary contract basis however can lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties will include:-
* General repair & servicing of the production machinery.
* Day to day maintenance repair jobs to the building.
* General cleaning duties.
You will be working on the production lines alongside team leaders ensuring they run smoothly.
Basic experience of working with conveyors, packing machines, cappers and labellers is desirable. So too is food production experience. However candidates with experience from other industries with the aptitude to adapt will also be considered.
