Account Manager / Client Relationship Management / Print / Design

Account Manager with knowledge of the print industry needed for our client, a busy Watford based company supplying design services, digital, litho and large format print to large corporate clients as well as many local small and medium sized customers.

All their clients expect great service and high quality work and they are looking to increase their team with an experienced Account Manager. You will need to be organised, professional and an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.

The role will include taking briefs and liaising with clients to produce quotations. You will also manage client print requirements and projects from receipt to delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience using Accura or other Print based MIS (beneficial)
• A good understanding of the design, print and production processes
• Ability to create client estimates, job tickets and invoices in an efficient manner
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Able to build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
• Must be a good team player
• Relationships with existing clients (desirable)

Salary: £25k, dependent on experience
