Receptionist

Tandridge Trust Leisure and Culture Ltd are looking for a customer focused individual to join our friendly reception team in a busy leisure environment.

The ideal candidate requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, IT skills and an ability to work effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of people.

The candidate will be required to deliver a high quality reception service by processing all customers through the Centre in a friendly, efficient and effective manner. Previous experience in membership sales, dealing with telephone enquires; cash handling and reconciliation are desirable for this role.

Part Time Receptionist at Tandridge Leisure Centre 9 month fix term, 22 hours per week required as well as several permanent Part Time contracts across Tandridge Leisure Centre, Oxted (RH8 9HT) and de Stafford Sports Centre, Caterham (CR3 5YX).

The post holder must be flexible, adaptable and willing to work and cover shifts at Tandridge Leisure Centre, de Stafford sports Centre and The Village Health Club, Caterham (CR3 5XY)

Hours available will vary between 0545-2230 Monday to Friday and 0730-1830 Saturday and Sunday. The ability to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends is essential.

Tandridge Leisure Centre – 9 Month set contract 22 hpw

Tuesday Every Week 0600-1300 Available from 03/07/17

These hours must be taken as set shifts and can not be changed.

Wednesday Every Week 1800-2230 Available from 03/07/17    

Thursday Every Week 1700-2000 Available from 03/07/17        

Sunday Every Week 1300-180 Available from 03/07/17
