Apprenticeship - Recruitment Resourcer
We're currently looking for a new apprentice to join the recruitment academy to help grow ICG Medical's candidate database. The apprenticeship course is for 1 year and you'll receive GBP150 per week plus we offer commission. Whilst gaining valuable experience you'll also be completing a Level2/3!
The Company:
We specialise in the recruitment of healthcare professionals (Nurses, Doctors and Allied staff) for temporary, contractual and permanent placements throughout the UK and Europe.
Our core business focuses on providing staff and services to specialist areas and secure environments. Our clients include the NHS, Her Majesty's Prisons (HMP), mental health units and the private Healthcare sector.
The role will consist of the following:
•Working towards and achieving targets
•Dealing with high volume outbound and inbound calls
•Updating KPI & tracking spreadsheets
•Qualifying candidates to ensure they are in line with our requirements
•Sourcing new candidates to join our agency
•Gaining referrals
•Regenerating archived candidates
•Working 9am-5pm Mon-Friday
Skills required:
•Confident individuals who believe in their own abilities.
•Someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone.
•Excellent communications skills.
•Self-motivation and the hunger to succeed.
•Individuals who can show they have worked in target driven environment.
