Field Service Administrator
Camberley
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Full Time Permanent, including 2 weekends per month.
My client is a progressive and ambitious B2B business, providing numerous services to the Banking & Financial Industry, primarily around ATM Machines Installation & Maintenance, ATM Security, Signage and Branch Transformation. Our organisation is heavily represented in the United Kingdom & United States, as well as with customers around the world.
This position works 5 days out of 7 including 2 weekends per month. The primary focus of this position is to work as part of a wider team to support the Field Service Engineers and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to provide high quality customer services and administration support.
Main Responsibilities:
- To build positive working relationships and to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external clients at all times. Setting precedence for high quality service within the business.
- Collecting and collating monthly van audits by the engineer’s ensuring each individual has to correct stock levels to complete the upcoming workload and to ensure all spares are accounted for and stock reports maintained.
- Preparing required data for billing/invoice for clients on a weekly basis to for monthly processing to ensure effective working within the proposed set budget.
- Effectively monitor and maintain the incident management tool.
- Ensure the SLA tracking and call/ticket/incident SLA is maintained with effective communications and in interaction with field engineers and customers.
- Utilising your geographical knowledge of the UK, project and forward plan to ensure clear and efficient schedules of work are in place for the engineers and that all stock is available for the engineers to complete their work.
- Provide a proactive and high quality service to ensure any issues or problems are identified and rectified before they occur therefore eliminating or minimising any potential impact on the business.
- To manage small projects, including ATM Signage.
- Able to work within a fast paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
- To work proactively both on your own and as part of team supporting each other to achieve the objectives set both in terms of the SLA and operational expectations
- Maintain the MIS and publish daily/weekly and monthly status and progress reports
- Ensure that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and other persons, and to comply with the policies and procedures relating to health and safety within the department.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Previous experience in desk service management
- Proactive approach with the ability to solve problems
- Previous experience of monitoring and maintaining various tracking systems
- Providing high quality reports on time and correct
- Experience of taking responsibly for issues and seeing them through
- Good keyboard skills and competence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Experience in ATM Signage
- Understanding and experience of managing small projects.
Education and Training:
- Educated to GSCE Level or equivalent (including English and Maths)
