Classroom Cover Supervisor - Grade 13 £13,248 - £15,012 (Actual)

• Hours 32.5 per week,
• 38 weeks per year (Term Time)
• Plus 5 training days

We are looking to appoint a Classroom Cover Supervisor to start 1^st September 2017.

The role is very varied and will involve supervising the learning of students and undertaking work set by the teacher during their absence.  Other duties will include assisting teachers in the classroom, small group intervention, scribing for students taking examinations, accompanying students on educational visits, administrative work and displays.

Our new Classroom Cover Supervisor will have:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to display a commitment to young people, education and personal development.

• You will also need to act as a role model and have high expectations of conduct and behaviour.

• The ability to show initiative, flexibility and reliability will be essential.

• Experience of working with young people would be an advantage although a full training and induction programme will be provided.
