Our client, based in Hinckley is looking to recruit an experienced Office & Accounts Administrator to join its team on a Permanent basis.

Job Description | Office & Accounts Administrator

General Office Administration
·Answer incoming phone calls to the office
·Management of incoming and outgoing post
·Welcome visitors to the office and provide refreshments
·Order and maintain office stationery and general supplies
·Fire alarm and emergency lighting checks
·Ensure daily back-up
·General admin support to the team as required
·General support to company directors & operations manager as and when required


Travel Arrangements
·Research travel itinerary options based on requirements of trip
·Book all required travel (flights, hotels, parking etc.)
·Collate travel packs for team members

New Business/Marketing Support
·Issuing bi-weekly Snapshot
·Recording of Snapshot Responses / read receipts
·Manage the upkeep and of the company database
·Prepare mailing lists for e-newsletters and submit to web-company

Accounts Support
·Collate, record and monitor employee expenses
·Monitor expenditure on company mobiles
·Creation of Purchase orders
·Weekly Credit Card reconciliation
·Petty Cash reconciliation
·Raise sales orders on sage
·Chasing invoices from supplier
·Sending out remittance advices when required
·Day to day Sage 50 entries
·General accounts administration including filing and printing
·General support to Finance Manager


Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
