About the Company
One of the largest independent estate agencies in the South East, my client are looking to recruit a number of trainees who will develop their skills and progress through the company into more senior roles. With an established team who are proud of their reputation and the company that they work for, you would be joining an award winning estate agency group.
What will your working week be like?
• Delivering high level of customer service
• Accompanying clients on property viewings so you must be able to drive.
• Working to targets.
• Generating sales leads for mortgage appointments, viewings, conveyancing and valuations for our Listers.
• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
• Greeting all branch visitors
• Maintaining a list of active applicants
Who will suit this role?
In order to be considered for this position you must be a driver as you will accompany applicants on viewings.
You should also have the following skills;
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn
• Passionate about client care
• Sales focused
• Resilient
• Professional and organised
• Strong work ethic
