Your Recruitment Partner are working with a successful Recruitment Agency. Due to expansion, we currently have an opportunity for Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Northampton.
We would like to speak to successful Consultants from a variety of sectors such as Commercial, IT, Accountancy and Finance who can continue the branches' current success along with building a new network of clients and candidates.
Our client is still expanding all their branches, so now is an exciting time to join them for future career growth. Requirements of the role:
- Recruitment experience.
- Outgoing sales calls to various settings.
- Interviewing professionals.
- Maintaining a database of clients and candidates.
- Working towards reasonable targets.
- Writing job descriptions and monitoring applicants.
- You must be well organised.
- Full Driving Licence.
