You'll be tasked with the implementation of production processes and procedures. This includes project based activities including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs.
You'll form part of a passionate, vibrant and energetic team in a brand new state of the art facility.
The role:
* Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
* Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations
* Assist with shop floor layout and cell designs
* Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions
* Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout
The person required:
*Mechanical/Manufacturing/Process degree
*Some work experience - you must have some practical experience to apply for the role.
*Confident in ability and determination to see things through
*Excellent communication skills
