Our Client is a leading Environmental Consultancy based in Brighton and is currently seeking to appoint a Principle GIS Technician to provide technical support in the management of technical data for Engineering projects across the UK.
Candidates should have achieved an Earth Science degree or GIS and hold previous experience with the UK market. Experience of SQL & FME is essential. It is essential that you have prior knowledge of spatial data, GIS & data management and experience of managing Junior GIS Technicians through professional development.
You will join the existing GIS team in Brighton to assist in the management of GIS & data processes for environmental engineering projects. Responsibilities will include supporting data acquisitions, quality assurance, data creation and collection.
